Two clicks do not automatically mean two swaps. Two separately signed transactions with different valid nonces, however, can both execute. Count authorizations and inspect their identifiers rather than counting button presses.
Classify what you accepted

Ethereum defines the account nonce sequence, and Etherscan describes replacement when the same nonce is reused.
Act on pending instructions
If one unwanted transaction remains pending, use its supported cancellation flow and verify the result. Do not assume closing the tab stops broadcast or that an insufficient current balance will always prevent a later queued trade after funds arrive.
If both swaps already confirmed, cancellation cannot reverse them. Reconcile each receipt separately; a new opposite-direction swap would be a new trade with new costs, not an undo command.
For future attempts, wait for the wallet response after confirming and check activity before reopening a prompt. A frozen application can fail to acknowledge a submission that the wallet already sent.
