Match PancakeSwap router calldata to its deployment

Pair PancakeSwap calldata encoders with the correct router family, deployment and permission mechanism.

A newer router address is not a drop-in destination for arbitrary calldata produced by an older encoder. Keep router family, chain deployment, ABI or command format and approval mechanism together as one execution configuration.

The PancakeSwap deployment reference separates Infinity Universal Router from v3 Universal Router. The SDK catalogue likewise distinguishes Universal Router helpers from other routing packages.

Validate the encoder-deployment pair

Pin the package versions used to construct transactions and record the intended router family. Resolve its current official deployment for the selected chain. Do not take a Smart Router-generated payload and send it to a Universal Router merely because both support swaps.

Review Permit2 requirements for the selected route. Permission to one contract or verifier does not establish permission to another. Native wrapping, refund and output-handling behavior also belongs to the actual encoded execution path.

Upgrade as an execution change

Compare representative encoded transactions before and after an SDK upgrade. Investigate changes to destination, selector or command bytes, recipient handling, minimum output and native value. A dependency update should not be approved solely because the front end still renders.

Simulate the new payload against the intended deployment, then use controlled integration testing under your release process. Keep prior attempts trackable with their original configuration version.

Useful negative case

A fixture pairs valid calldata with the wrong router family. The application should reject the configuration before a wallet prompt. Another uses the right family on the wrong chain. Together they show that syntactic hex validation and a recognizable contract name are insufficient execution checks.
