Matcha is a trading interface with several execution products. A comparison that labels it simply “the 0x swap app” misses decisions the trader actually makes: Auto or Standard execution, immediate or limit order, and same-chain or cross-chain delivery. The selected product changes both the workflow and the cost presentation.
The current fee schedule
Checked September 24, 2026, Matcha’s detailed fee page gives the following rates. Search snippets may still show older figures.

Auto’s gasless presentation therefore does not mean the network is free. Nor does Standard’s zero swap fee on a stablecoin pair remove pool pricing, price impact or gas. The fee page also describes possible surplus capture and order-flow-auction revenue. Avoid treating the headline percentage as the entire economics of a quote.
Check the product on your chain
The network list includes BNB Smart Chain and Solana. It also records removal of Blast and Mode on March 24, 2026. A historical screenshot from either network is poor evidence for a current comparison.
For a BNB trade, first obtain a valid quote in the intended mode, then inspect the receive amount, minimum amount and any separately funded BNB. Compare that complete trade with another BNB interface. Matcha’s fee page contains both a strong quoted-amount assurance and a later slippage qualification; use the actual confirmation’s enforceable minimum rather than assuming every displayed estimate is guaranteed.
